The re-issue was part of the publisher's Compass Books series. This copy signed and dated by Moore, March 24, 1967. This appears to be a variant binding, as Abbott calls for only a paperbound issue. While it appears that a free endpaper may have been removed from the front, the collation corresponds with Abbott's except for the lack of ads in rear. Abbott states plainly "no endpapers."
