A printed exhibitor's card from the 1909 exhibition of the Berliner Secession. Such cards were to be filled out by the artists with the price of the piece exhibited and address for payment, or else for return of the work. The card would then be attached to the rear of the frame by means of a nail through the punched hole. Franck has completed this card with his name and address in Wansee as well as the price of 1000 Reichsmarks, and signed at the bottom.
