-Conference of Inquiry: Three original mimeograph documents from the conference that took place at Nikabob Restaurant in Los Angeles on May 16 1953 in a last-ditch effort to spare the lives of the Rosenbergs. Four legal-size mimeograph documents, 8, 20, 5, and 3pp, the first three with mimeo cover leaves; approx. 8-1/2 X 14 in. stapled at upper margins. Errata leaf inserted into one document. The documents examine a range of aspects of the case, as indicated by their titles, with quotations from relevant testimony at the trial, and statements from participants including Harold C. Urey, Waldo Frank, and Abraham Cronbach. The Rosenbergs would be executed a month later.
