Among the rare children's books published by Boni & Liveright, most all of which seem to have been on the decidedly odd and quirky side. This charming little book inlcudes part of the text printed backwards so the reader must use the integral mirror in order to decipher them. The mirror, mounted to the inside of the rear cover and within a sort of printed frame, shows a few spots of oxidation.
