Appeal for post-war negotiations in the newly nuclear world, with portraits on the front panel of co-chairs Col. Evans Carlson and artist/activist Paul Robeson. The National Committee to Win the Peace was successor organization to the American Peace Mobilization. The rubber stamp on the rear is that a California affiliate, Mobilization for Democracy.
