Includes a preamble recalling the founding fathers, followed by ten articles calling upon American citizens to actively affirm the freedoms granted under the constitution by such actions as defending free speech, workers' rights, resistance to illegal searches and seizures, to discrimination, and to other infringements on civil liberties.
