This copy is from the limited issue, the only hardcover issue, one of 200 numbered copies (plus 52 lettered copies) signed by Ackerman, as well as other contributors, including Robert Bloch, Ray Bradbury, Ken Strickfaden, et al, and with a small glass bead containing a dab of Chaney's makeup affixed to a ribbon marker.
