An inventor of Berlin Dada, Mehring was a fixture in the cabaret scene of Berlin. This collection of his emblematic songs is appealingly presented in a colorful design, unsigned, but executed by Mehring himself in a manner reminiscent of Paul Klee, with the lettering done by Georg Salter.
