Copy number 2 of the "Edition C" stated to be 39 numbered and signed copies, with each of the twelve prints also signed and dated by Miller and owner's nameplate in sterling silver, among the rarest and most desirable issues of this elaborate Loujon production. As with their other books, publishers Louise "Gyspy Lou" and Jon Webb brought the full measure of their maximalist aesthetic to bear on this publication, employing a variety of fonts and paper stocks. The projected plans for the edition needed to be revised as pre-publication orders failed to meet expectations. The large boxes, each one unique, were handmade by Jon Webb, who died during the production process leaving many copies without boxes. This is a significant association copy, bearing the name plate of Lenore and Donald Borzak. Donald Borzak, a Chicago commercial printer admired the Webb's work although he did not know the couple. Upon learning of their struggles to publish a previous Miller title (Order and Chaos Chez Hans Reichel, 1966) after their printing press was damaged by a flood, Borzak raised the money to buy them a new press that they used for this book.
